Managing trip creation is now more convenient with the Save as Draft feature! No more losing progress due to unexpected interruptions—users can now save their trip details and resume anytime.

2. SDK Integration for ERP-Based Tracking

We’re making school bus tracking even more seamless with SDK integration for ERP applications! Now, users can access tracking data directly within their ERP system without the hassle of a separate login. This ensures a secure, efficient, and user-friendly experience for schools and parents.

  • ERP ID-Based Authentication – No need for separate logins; users can track buses and students using their ERP credentials.
  • Manual & Bulk ERP ID Mapping – Schools can manually assign or bulk upload ERP IDs to vehicles for accurate tracking.
  • Alternative Web Tracking URL – In rare cases where SDK integration isn’t feasible, a special tracking URL will be available without login.
  • Live Tracking Enhancements – Features like ETA, home location, real-time bus updates (every 10 sec), and driver/attendant details.
  • Location Sharing for Parents – Parents can share live bus locations (valid for 2 hours) with guardians or caretakers.
  • Scalability & Security – The system ensures secure ERP ID validation, fast data retrieval, and seamless performance.

Tracking RFID device performance is now easier than ever with the new RFID Swipe Status Report! This report helps admins monitor swipe activity, ensuring RFID devices on vehicles are working correctly and identifying faulty ones for maintenance.

  • Real-Time RFID Swipe Monitoring – Check whether RFID swipes were detected within a specified timeframe.
  • Detailed Reporting Fields – View key details like school name, branch, vehicle, device brand & model, last swipe date, and swipe status.

  • Export & Scheduled Reports – Download reports in PDF & XLS formats and schedule regular reports for automated monitoring.
