Employee Transport Key Updates

Female 1st/Last Drop Restriction Rule

This feature ensures that during Employee Trip Planning and Route Optimization, female employees are safeguarded by not being assigned as the first pickup or the last drop-off on any route. 

• The system alerts users when assigning first or last trip positions to female employees, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• Users can override warnings selectively with system prompts for specific scenarios, ensuring flexibility without compromising security.
• All rule descriptions and warnings are available in multiple languages.

This feature underscores our commitment to employee safety while maintaining a user-friendly and efficient interface.

Employee Trip Information Report

This feature simplifies trip monitoring and management by allowing users to generate detailed reports with advanced filtering options. Below are the key updates:

Comprehensive Filtering: Generate reports with filters for:

• Company
• Branch
• Department
• Designation
• Trip Records (Valid or Expired, with “Valid” as default selection).

Export reports in PDF or Excel formats for detailed analysis. 

Schedule reports for regular updates and access via the newly integrated Report Service.

This feature is designed to improve decision-making and trip monitoring efficiency, empowering users with easy access to actionable insights.

Enhanced Trip Filtering

This update introduces additional filtering options and report field enhancements for better insights and control. 

• Enables filtering by objects at the company or branch level, offering more precise reporting.
• The feature is available for today’s trip status, trip attendance and trip failure summary.
• New Fields in Today’s Trip Status:
  • Planned Distance: Displays predefined trip distance.
  • Overall Percentage Deviation: Highlights distance deviations for better trip analysis.
• Trip Type Filter: Now available in the Trip Failure Summary Report for detailed filtering.
• Multi-Criteria Filtering: Apply multiple filters across reports for tailored insights.

These updates ensure accurate data and streamlined trip analysis. 

Driver Notification and Announcement Enhancements

We have enhanced the Driver App with improved Notification and Announcement functionality:

• A red dot indicates unread messages on the bell icon.
• Displays all messages and marks unread ones as read upon returning.
• Highlights unread announcements and marks them as read after viewing details.
• Updates read status across all registered devices.
