These enhancements are designed to reduce manual work, ensure data accuracy, and deliver a more seamless experience across all our web and mobile platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Student Trip Allocation View<\/h2>\n

We\u2019ve enhanced the student assignment process with a comprehensive Trip Information pop-up. Now, whenever you assign students to a trip, you\u2019ll get a full view of all their existing trips conflicting or not based on date validity.<\/p>\n

During trip creation, the system now displays a detailed list of all trips<\/strong> that the selected students are already assigned to, even if the timings are different. This allows users to review each student\u2019s existing trip data<\/strong>, easily identify any scheduling conflicts<\/strong>, and, if needed, remove students from previous trips<\/strong> to reassign them to the current one\u2014all from a single, streamlined view.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
